STORY

While sipping those regular traditional bitter cup of coffees, we always felt that something is missing and more needs to be done to add that delight to the coffee cup. In UK, Italy, France, other nations in Europe and South East Asia, we visited some of the great coffee shops which gave us inspiration for our next coffee move, to create our own flavourful and velvety premium coffee.

We collaborated with expert barista coffee masters, and started to innovate with coffee making and learnt the art of coffee blending and tasting. We blended some of the naturally extracted and innovative premium flavours with the finest and premium quality coffee beans having natural strong aroma, colour and taste.

Continuing with the endeavour, our primary focused was on sourcing consistent high quality. We directly collaborated with the coffee beans cultivators and processors to bring the freshest coffee to the cup by eliminating the long chain of middlemen in the process.

While meeting high manufacturing and quality standards, we also ensured utmost hygiene. Zambaa Coffee is processed and packed in fully automated facility eliminating any hand touch. To be environment friendly, we decided Zambaa Coffee to be packed only in recyclable packaging materials which does not involve use of plastic.

It took us around 10 months to set the entire supply chain from sourcing to packaging, and further 1 month to select the name “Zambaa” which signifies Wild, Strong and Free. And this is how Zambaa Coffee is born!!
